Quickly drill down into any action items and easily email managers or employees to collect last-minute timesheet data or resolve issues before processing. When you’re ready, head to the payroll processing page and click to start payroll.
Allocate Easily & Automatically
While your payroll is processing, you don’t need to worry about manually calculating and adding special pay rates or distributing labor costs. Employees are able to allot their time to various cost centers, programs, and more, as needed. For employees that consistently work in multiple areas, labor costs can be allocated automatically on a percentage basis. Shift differentials and secondary pay rates are also automated to accommodate your complex workforce needs.
Preview Before Processing
Scared of the “process” button? We can fix that. Each time you run payroll, we’ll provide a payroll analysis report that helps you ensure accuracy before processing. Our unique preview mode feature allows for live analysis of the current payroll period compared to the previous three historical periods. If anything looks out of the ordinary, you can quickly drill down into that line item to review and fix if necessary.
